Our refund policy allows for refunds on digital products within 7 days from the original date of purchase. Refunds will be processed directly to the original payment method used for the purchase at our discretion.

Please include your order number and provide a brief description of the issue you are facing with the product. Your feedback will help us improve our products and enhance your experience.

Eligibility for Refund

It is important to understand that there are certain exclusions to our refund policy.

  1. We have the right to refuse a refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the product has been used, or if the refund request is made after the 7-day refund window.
  2. We do not offer refunds for customized or personalized products. Once a product has been customized the billing is based on the hours worked thus cannot be refunded. Please ensure you provide accurate specification for your customization. A pre-consultation may help improve the results.
  3. Refunds are not available for products that are functioning as described. Please ensure that the product functionality meets your requirements. You may request a product demo to determine this.
